How many weeks a year do I get?
Each 1/8 gives you about six weeks a year, split across every season so everyone gets summer, Easter and Christmas in turn.
Can I sell my share?
Yes. It is your property, registered in front of a notary. You can sell it whenever you want, at the price you set.
Who looks after the home?
We do: cleaning, maintenance, supplies, taxes and repairs. You arrive, the home is ready, you leave.
