An approach that starts long before the deed and does not end on handover day
We find the home, negotiate the purchase, renovate it where it is needed and get it ready so the eight owner families find it the same every time they arrive. The calendar is split by season so nobody always gets the same dates, and maintenance, cleaning and utilities are part of the monthly fee.
The studio works with local materials wherever it can: stone from the area, solid wood and fabrics that stand up to salt, sun and eight families coming and going all year round.
