Eight families share each home and each one owns 1/8: around six weeks a year, spread across the seasons so that everyone gets high, mid and low days over the calendar.
The calendar is published a year ahead and rotates every season, so nobody repeats the same dates two years running and the weeks you do not use can be swapped with other homes in the network.
