When can I use my home?
Every 1/8 comes with 42 days a year, split differently depending on whether it is a beach or a mountain home.
Beach: 6 weeks, two in high season, two in mid season and two in low season. Mountain: 17 days of ski season across 3 stays, 1 week in July or August and 3 stays out of season.
What annual maintenance costs do I have?
They depend on each home and are usually between 3% and 5% a year of the price of the fraction. For a fraction of €100,000, maintenance is around €300 a month.
Can I rent out my home and earn an income?
Yes, it is your home and you can rent it out. We take care of it for you and charge no commission; the price is set against the market.
What happens if I want to sell my fraction?
You can sell your fraction after the first 12 months. You set the price and can sell it yourself, or leave the sale to us: we find the buyer, list it on the site and work with estate agents to close the process.
